Hello from Susan Marlowe, CPA!

Well, it looks like fall is here and that means it is time to enjoy all sorts of autumn themed films. Here is what I am planning to do:

I am going to ask my niece and her friends to come up with a list of their favorite autumn-themed films. Is that not a wonderful idea? The girls range in age from 11 to 14 so there should be a nice variety of films selected. We are going to have an enormous autumn movie night once we decide what we are going to watch. Stay tuned for more news on our movie choices and how our movie celebration went.

Susan Marlowe CPA and Miss Minoes

Greetings from Susan Marlowe CPA! I have been watching this adorable Dutch movie called Miss Minoes.

It is all about a young lady who used to be a cat and how she helps a young reporter get great scoops with her cat connections. I do not recommend it for very young children since the villain is an animal abuser (this is not graphically portrayed but it is made clear) and this abuse may be disturbing to more senstive little ones. I would say that the ideal age is 8-10. Be sure to check out this adorable film!

Greetings from Susan Marlowe CPA! Welcome back to the site! I am trying to figure out what delicious food I should serve at my movie club. What goes well with Roman Holiday? My niece, nicknamed Kimi Peck, has suggested that we make something Italian. I think that is a good choice but I think even more fun would be Italian food as it was viewed in the 50’s. So, a sort of naive mix. Spaghetti a la Susan Marlowe will be offered. I am thinking meatballs and shredded pork in the sauce. Yum!

What else is happening with Susan Marlowe? Well, working on my job as a CPA and I am taking some piano lessons.

Susan Marlowe CPA and her new movie club

Greetings from Susan Marlowe CPA. My niece and I are continuing to form our movie club. I am hoping for another Beverly Hills Chihuahua film. I am also starting to make a list of the best foreign, family-oriented films. I am so excited to be building up my movie club with my niece Kimi Peck. We are working really hard to create an awesome family movie club.

I am so happy to finally be getting the movie club going. I am also working on my movie reviews and I hope to have ton of new material for you. Susan Marlowe is on the case! I am hoping to have a ton of new reviews up before the new year. I am totally excited abut the new reviews that will be coming up.
