Well, since it is Spring break, I am planning a movie theme night for my nieces and nephews. The theme is going to be pirates. I am going to show the kids Pirates! Band of Misfits and then I am going to give them eye-patches and feed them pirate-shaped cheese snacks. I have found that I can never go wrong with cheese when it comes to this crowd. It should be great!

I wrote this long before Jerry passed away, and for some reason I couldn’t write anything when he did. Just too many memories so this will do, its a bit late but it’s full of my heart.
Jerry Lewis has always been rather special to me. When I was a child I remember seeing him in Cinderfella. I loved that movie. We also saw the MD telethon in my home every year. I would watch it Sunday night till my folks made me go to bed, then wake up early on Labor Day to see what was happening and if he made his goal that year.

Greetings from Susan Marlowe CPA! I have been watching this adorable Dutch movie called Miss Minoes.
It is all about a young lady who used to be a cat and how she helps a young reporter get great scoops with her cat connections. I do not recommend it for very young children since the villain is an animal abuser (this is not graphically portrayed but it is made clear) and this abuse may be disturbing to more senstive little ones. I would say that the ideal age is 8-10. Be sure to check out this adorable film!

Well, I am planning to have a Disney family night with my nieces and nephews. I am going to go all out with this one. I got princess dresses and TRON suits for whoever wants to wear them.

I don’t know about the rest of you but I am looking forward to Despicable Me 2.
I am counting down until July 3 for this one. I think what i liked most about the first film was that it was family friendly but not sappy, plus it is intensely quotable.
